Well it's possible since it's listed at $249,000, but you would have to get yourself a real estate agent, go see the place, then make a WRITTEN OFFER on the property (with a pre-approval letter from a bank/mortgage lender).
The only way to find out is to submit an offer in writing with a pre-approval...
