Can anyone tell me why this property is price so low? And why there is no contact info for the agent?

FIRST ANSWER

Jackie,

The reason this property is priced so low is that it is not in Estes Park at all. The map reference is incorrect. Zoom in to the map and you will notice the property looks as if it should be on Concord Lane - not Spruce Mountain Dr.

The home is actually located on Storm Mountain about 30 min away from Estes Park near Drake, Co. You can see more details with the link I have provided.

There is no contact info for the agent because the other agent has not taken the time to fill out his contact info on this site.
