Hi Frankie,

I'm a Realtor in Sebring. The lot needs to be zoned for mobile homes (MH) in order for you to put your mobile and/or trailer on it. I pulled up the tax records for this particular lot. It is zoned SFH (Single Family Home), which means you can't put a trailer on it to live in.
Here is the link to the taxrecords:

There are currently 14 lots zoned for mobile homes available in Sebring, ranging from $ 8,000 to $250,000. I would be more than happy to email you details for each property.

Frankie, my name is Sheryl Braxton and I"m a realtor in Jacksonville, Fl.
The answern to your question depends on the community that you live in. If you live in a subdivision, you would need to look at your deed restrictions for your subdivision. If you live out in the country, your answer would be yes. You can have a trailer, RV, boat, etc., in your yard.
To be on the safe side, call and check with your county for zoning and land use descriptions.
