This one looks like the one! After all the searching. Call and let me see it please. Any information about this property would be nice to know. Thank you for your time. Candice

This property is under contract since April of this year and is a Short Sale which depending on the number of mortgages on the property can take 6-months to 1-year to get an approval for the seller to get approval to make a short payoff on there loans.

You need to let me or some other agent know what you are looking for and they will send you listings that meet your search requirements that are in fact actively on the market.

Remember that with a Short Sale, the listing price is pure fiction until/if the lender allows it to sell at the listing price. It may not be possible to buy this for even tens of thousands "above" the list price.

It was listed for one day so as Realtor Tom suggests you need to make your offer the first day any property comes out on the market. The exception to this rule is on HUD Foreclosures because they will allow 10 days for everyone to get a chance to see a property and then submit their offer in the blind auction.
