This is not showing up on Trulia as a property for sale. It is just listed as Public Record information.

You would need to talk to your listing agent. Hopefully you do not face any hefty cancellation fees from the brokerage.

Also keep in mind that sometimes a home with a tenant in place is an attractive investment opportunity for somebody. Talk it over with your agent and see what they would recommend for you.

You need to talk to the broker who has it listed. the listing agreement likely contains a section on how it will be handled, and if there are any costs.
