Are you sure about the address? I own 173 Azalea Drive, 3rd house from the water tower and it is not for sale
I believe the property you are listing is the home of Dr Paul and Estelle Simpson, right next door to the water tower. All three of the homes on the brow of the mountain were built by Mr J P Carter. I thought the Simpson home had 2 baths, one in the master bedroom, and one in the hall.
