As mentioned by other Realtors, this home was withdrawn from the market after 377 days, currently it is available for rent (124 days) and according to the Agent will be re-listed again.
The initial listing price for this home was $3.148M and then dropped down to $2,749M and still not moving at that price. So, the "market" is saying something....

As mentioned below, the property has been pulled/withdrawn from the market and is currently being offered for rent at $9,800 per month. The original list price was $2,749,000. I can tell you from personal experience about this house. I know the agent and I attended the Broker's Open, so I have actually walked the property. I can tell you it will not sell for $1,250,000. It will likely sell for over $2M based on its location, condition, size and upgrades. It truly is a lovely home.
