Are the taxes shown total yearly taxes?

Asked by retiredtroll, 14590 Fri Dec 20, 2013

My sister's home in Penfield shows about $2000/yr on Trulia but they are actually around $6500.00. I asked this before and was told all taxesare reflected on the Trulia website. Can someone clarify?
If the number doesn't include all taxes, can you provide them?
Thanks You

Good evening and thank you for the question,

Most of the internet sites are not always accurate as they are national and not directed to a specific area and that is why they say estimate.

If you would let me know the property I will look up the true taxes for you.

Thanks for the answer. My only concern is if the other estimates are as far off as my sisters, then you really really use the number to estimate the true payment.
Thanks for the reply.
