The taxes posted for 2011 are $10,594. Cherry Hill is due for a revaluation & all are hopeful for a reduction as a result. Many new home buyers file for a tax appeal after their closing. The square footage is not posted on public records but is most likely around 2500 sq ft. Let me know if you would like to see it. I can be reached at (856) 424-4040 Ext 187. Hello Elena,
Thanks for your question.
The published taxes are the $10594 but will be adjusted up or down by Cherry Hill Twp. around July 1, 2012. The total square footage was not published but here is an idea of the room dimensions of this home:
LR/GR: 19 x 15 M
Dining: 13 x 12 M
Kitchen: 17 x 13 M
Family: 22 x 15 M
Main BR: 19 x 12 U
2nd BR: 13 x 11 U
3rd BR: 11 x 10 U
4th BR: 15 x 11 U
Laundry: 11 x 6 M
It has central air, oil heat and electric hot water. 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
I wish you a good house hunting!

Unfortunately, square footage is not recorded in the tax records accessible to either the public or us Realtors. The only way to confirm the home's measurements is to contact or visit in person the Cherry hill Municipal building and make an inquiry. Most homes the size of Lakeview would range between 2300-2800 SF.

Hi Elena,

The latest tax information from public records indicates that the 2011-12 taxes are $10,594 which is good until the middle of the year when the township decides on taxes for the next year. The square footage of the house is not shown but I would be happy to send you the room dimensions if that would be useful to you.
I hope this is helpful.

Tax year is from 7/1 through 6/30. So, taxes will be the same through end of secon quater of this year. Taxes might go up (or down) in 3rd quater
