There are wells, some shared, new construction would best be done on an individual well drilled for the occasion. Septic is the method of sewage disposal. Check before committing that a permit is obtainable. There are some state maintained roads and many private roads. There are lakes. HOA funds support the later two.

Thank you for your question. There is city water, the sewer is septic. There are currently no mandatory HOA fees. This subdivision is tucked into a lovely area with two small lakes - non-navigable...you can put a canoe in. There is a small playground. It's one of the most convenient locations to both Ashveille and Hendersonville. Within 3 miles of shopping, medical and schools. Best personal regards,

Beechwood Lakes is one of those gems that is tucked away from the hubbub of life, but still close to shopping, dining, I-26 and convenient to Hendersonville, Fletcher and Asheville.

Sewer and water are not in place. Buyer would have to take care of for a well and septic. Once a home is built on the property there is a HOA dues of $150.00 a year and there is a HOA fee on vacant lots also.
