The lot on Water Oak is 1 acre but horses would not be allowed in this residential neighborhood.

There are other properties that could be built on not far from there that horses would not be a problem.

Currently 6 properties that are under $30k are listed that permit horses. They are from south of Kaufman close to Oak Grove to northeast of Kaufman near Abner. Some larger lots are available priced up to $90k.

Hello Carol,

Unfortunately, horses are not allowed in this particular subdivision. However, if you are looking for property that does allow horses, I'd be more than happy to assist you with that.

I am a local agent in the Kaufman area and I believe horses are allowed. I have two listings in the area that one horse per acre is allowed. Check out http://www.1104meadow.com and http://www.8049karen.com both located in Kaufman County.

Thanks,
