Once again, this is a scam listing. The house is listed for $1,900 on the Multiple Listing Service. It says that no pets are allowed. If a price looks too good to be true, it usually is. Scam artists are "borrowing" listings and inserting their own contact information, to try to get you to send them a deposit. DON'T send ANYONE a check off of these rental sites. Work with an agent in this area to find you a pet-friendly rental that will work best for you.

You should work with a Realtor who knows the area, pets limit your choice in the rental market. This owner says no pets in the listing. You can approach them and ask in person and may reach agreement with certain conditions and additional fees or deposits.
