I did hear from the agent who said no pets.

I have a message into the agent. I don't see anywhere on the listing public or private comments about pets or % of non-owner occupied. Seems to me what you do inside a property you own versus rent is your business. But we will see what the agent says.

What's kind of odd is I looked for ANY other condos that have sold in that development since 2000 and nothing came up???

I'll let you know what we find out.

Hi Stefanie,

I go with Marcy's answer.
There are properties which are pet friendly. You can search for the communities that are pet friendly.

According to the listing agent no pets allowed. Also, 70% of the complex are rentals so your lender has to be ok with only 30% owner occupied.
