According to FHA Underwriter: If the appraiser can’t find sold comps with pools then the value given for inground pool has to be removed. True?

I am the listing Agent for a property in Michigan with an inground pool. We have an accepted offer. The FHA appraisal came in slightly above purchase price. Now the underwriters are saying that the pool value has to be taken off if we cannot find sold comps with a pool.
