When you rent there is no mortgage, rent is rent, i.e. you pay a regular monthly amount to the property owner or management company, what you need to check is what does that include or exclude.
Sometimes the monthly rent does not include anything, sometimes it does include only the outside
building maintenance, snow removal etc., but then others include sometimes water, sometimes more.
So double check on that,
But when you rent you rent, there is only a mortgage if and when you BUY a property.
hope this helps if you have more questions feel free to ask me.....

The rent capabilities will vary based on the configuration of the 2nd and 3rd floor units. How many bedrooms will each unit have? What utilities are included? And a big factor in how much rent you can expect will be where on High St. your house is located. If the building is in the Borough of Pottstown and is not currently seperated into multiple units, check with the codes office to make sure you can do what you want. Often, that is the most difficult part of owning a rental unit in Pottstown. The codes department is tough sometimes but that really does help raise the quality of everyones investment in the town. The codes department can be reached at 610-970-6520. If you can fill in some of the other details we will be able to give you a better idea of the values you can expect to receive.... more

Furthermore, rail transportation is a huge asset to a bedroom community and often times helps revitatilze once down trodden areas. But I digress.... more
