Buyers are more concerned with the schools, taxes, number of bedrooms, age of the home etc. and generally pay very little attention to the color unless it is overwhelmingly bad.
Our recommendation is to do what many people do when considering painting their homes. Drive around and look for similar homes, paying close attention to their colors. There's no point in reinventing the wheel for something so simple as the color of a home. Most homeowners would be happy to share the brand and color of their paint.
Toilet Paper Dispenser/Roll Thing. If it does not function properly or is not located within easy access then who cares about the rest. I been in some fancy bathrooms and the roll thing is like behind you in some gold-plated thingamajig that let's you get one sheet and sticks. Who cares about the fancy faucets then?
In fact the entire remodel should be focused on where that stupid dispenser thingamajig goes.
