Lot of new developments are springing up every where in Pooler. Many new Stores and restaurants are coming to Pooler. You have two fairly new movie theaters (one has and IMAX theater), a high end outlet mall, and I believe a water park is in the forecast to be built here too. Pooler is definitely the up and coming place to live. It's also not far from HAAF. I live in the Bridgewater community and I'm only 17 min from the main gate. Pretty much a straight shot on I-16. Good luck!!... more
I live in Pooler myself. Savannah Quarters has a number of neighborhoods ranging in price from the high 100's to over a million. Savannah Quarters and the many communities along Pine Barren Road are the closest to I-16 which you will most likely take to Hunter. Godley Station at the other end of Pooler has homes from the mid 100's to high 400's. It will add about 10 minutes to your trip to Hunter. Send me some information about your price range and your requirements and I will get you some more specific answers.

The Realtors in our area are very ethical and just want to educate everyone to the benefits of home ownership.... more
