I disagree - when you come down to it - it is exactly about price as price is the great equalizer, and price trumps everything -
I (we all) could sell a house, say, without a roof at the RIGHT price..........when you have a negative (ie - the tower) you have to find the price that will overcome a buyer's objection to that negative issue.............when you get down to it, it's all about price, especially when buyers are being scared away!... more
