7 two bed units in 3 years all had two baths accept 1 unit. Sq Footage ranges from 828 sq ft to 1028 sq ft. Settled price points range from $358k-482k. Some units did not have a garage parking unit included. Currently there are no available 2 beds. There is one expected to settle soon that was last listed for $450k and went under contract rather quickly. Are you an owner?

I lived one block away from Fitler Square for 20 years. Finding a spot during the day is easy. Finding a spot from 6pm to 1am is often very difficult. It helps somewhat if you have a tiny car, nothing bigger than a Honda Fit. Driving something even smaller - like a Scion IQ or Smart car - increases your chances of finding a spot.
Residential permit parking stickers aren't expensive, and are essential if you live here and don't drive your car every day. Without it, you *will* get an expensive ticket every time you leave your car parked in the same space for longer than 3 hours.... more

You can look at past trends but are not a definite indicator of the future. In the last 5 years grad hosp values rose/declined less and the art museum. However, averages are just averages. It still comes down to a particular property.... more
