I already have my real estate license in NJ but want to become licensed in PA. Do I have to take the 60hr course or can I just take exam?

The way I understand it, you would need to just pass the legal portion of the exam. I believe I know of someone who is licensed in NJ and got their PA license. I will look them ... more
