A summary of the BHC ordinance regarding operating hours of city parks, passed July 7, 2009 follows -
Bullhead City parks are closed at 11:00 pm and re-open at sunrise, with two (2) exceptions; Ken Fovargue Park (on Trane between Hancock and Marina) closes at midnight, and the Colorado River Nature Center (at the end of Richardo in the Rio Lomas area) closes at sunset.
