I have a friend who lives in Bellasol. It takes her and average of 30 minutes to get to the beach on a good day. if there is traffic, it can take you even longer than that. These real estate agents are just trying to get you to buy in that area because no one else wants to. It is not the best area either. My friend has never had any trouble, but it's not far from Veronica Shoemaker, if that means anything to you.

Hi Rita

Got your answer?

I suggest strongly to start working with an agent and you be getting those information from the material they should be sending you. I do this to those that join my team! Lori also is a good realtor. I have work with her, She does excellent work. You be please with either one of us.

You may want to go to http://realtorrongroup.com and use the many resources there. Go to the last upper right tab : MLS Search: and key in the information you requesting.

I am not avoiding the specific with you, But, that require some more work, and ask yourself,
how much work will you be willing to do and not get paid for it? And do it often?

All buyers make the same mistake you are. They look for properties, spend endless amount of time, where the first thing they should do, is hire an agent they are comfortable with and work with him/her.

You will find, life will be better, and you will have somebody to call or email for your answers, and a lot less stress. My service is free for buyers, so there no costs.

Here another site that will interest you: http://realtorronw.com/ Use the above tabs, and enjoy yourself

Good luck in your property searching,

Hello,
Great location and accessible to everything. The commute to the beach is approximately 15 miles from Bellasol Cir to the Ft Myers Beach pier. This trip will take you around 24 minutes depending on the time of year and bridge traffic. I have given you a link to the mapquest directions. Hope this helps you. Let me know if you need assistance getting access to properties to view.

Sincere regards,

Terry is right. So much depends on the time of day, year, etc. I have sold a couple of units in there recently and would be happy to help you purchase a unit there or in another community that would be closer to the beaches if that is important to you. Give me a call to discuss.

Hi, I have sold 16 units in Bellasol and know it well. You should plan on 30 min to the beaches. We usually go by time instead of distance here, due to long lights and plenty of traffic. Fort Myers is a popular place and nearly doubles it's size during season.

Feel free to contact me anytime.

It's approximately a 20 minute drive unless traffic is heavy and then of course it takes longer. Are you looking to move to the community? If so and you do not already have a real estate agent representing you please feel free to contact me. The seller pays the commission so my services are at no charge to you. You can email me leecountyrealtor@earthlink.net or give me a call at 239-707-4575.
