Whay type of running do you like?
There is multi-use path that allows you to run from Fairfax into Sausalito and over the GG Bridge. There is also a virtually endless network of trails if trail running or hiking is your thing. There is a strong outdoor community in Farirfax, and some great bars and restaurants to finish off the workout.

If you are into mountain biking there is no place better than here at its birthplace. This year marks the 3rd annual Fat Tire Festival promoting cycling. Of course the hiking is equally phenomenal. Peri Park is in many ways the heart of Fairfax as home to numerous events including the Fairfax Festival and seasonal Farmers Market.
