There are tons of parks in Brooklyn, not only the famous Prospect Park where actual revolutionary battles to place, but small parks and community gardens, "green" areas dotted on blocks, and within neighborhoods.

On any given day you can see packs of international bike racers whizzing through prospect park, our major thoroughfares such as Ocean Parkway offer miles of tree lined paths, you have to remember that this is NYC, so to really get out of the city, you can do an awesome oceanside ride, all along the ocean from Coney Island all the way to Long Island!

In Coney Island we have Kaiser Park on Neptune Ave, which has a track, tennis courts playground etc., there is the Abe Stark ice skating rink on Surf Ave, & the Coney Island Amusement area
