With any purchase, foreclosure or otherwise, you need to get a pre-approval letter from a lender or a Proof of Funds letter from the place where your money is being held. Either one of these letters will need to be submitted to the owner of the property when you submit an offer. Yes, you can see the inside of the property prior to making an offer. Do you have a specific property in mind?
Please let me know if I can be of help to you.

There are no drawbacks to searching for FSBOs or foreclosures in Parkland. All of the Parkland foreclosures for sale will be listed in the mls. FSBOs in Parkland are another story. FSBOs are listed on their own sites, but are often duplicated in the multiple listings because owners selling homes in Parkland are anxious to sell. There will always be a few FSBOs that are not duplicate listings.
Buying a foreclosure in Parkland is no different than the process of purchasing a home listed in the mls using your Parkland realtor. Purchasing a FSBO may or may not be similar, depending upon the seller and the title agency he or she may choose.
In order to make your FSBO purchase easy, ask your Parkland real estate agent to approach that owner as your agent. Your Parkland realtor can help with contracts and finding a good title agencyto help expedite the purchase of your new home in Parkland.
