I would be happy to list your property for sale and see that the listing is posted on the MLS and many different websites to maximize your exposure. The more buyers that see your property for sale, the better chance you have of selling it, especially if it is priced right.

often first time home buyer means they haven't owned a home in the last 3 years. Check with you lender and they can provide more specifics but I expect this is what you will find..
There is life after a BK and often people can buy within 2 years. he is a safer bet because he can't do it again for 7 years.
just some thoughts.

If you have a smart phone you can download the application like "around me" and it will map your location then pull up local stores, hospitals, restaurants etc. map them and give you direction and show you the distance from your current location.... more
You have not provided enough information. What is the interest rate? I am assuming this is a loan already in progress since a $786 payment on $66,000 over 10 years comes out to 7.57%. I am assuming your balance was higher at some point and you only have $66,000 remaining. Without knowing either your original loan amount and the term or the current interest rate there is no solution.... more
You can check at the free site stated by other responders once a year. But if you want to check more often all 3 of the credit bureaus have services in wish they will alert you every time there is a change to your score. Of course those services are by subscription only.
Here is a link to where you can find USDA loans (loans with zero money down needed, 100% financing ) depending on what type of home you are looking for, ie Single Family or Multi Family Dwellings: http://eligibility.sc.egov.usda.gov/eligibility/welcomeAction.do You can search and find maps for the precise areas you want to move to.
FHA loans are indeed a totally different type of loan, you would need 3.5% down to qualify, approvals for FHA loans arent so much driven by the location of the home, so much as the condition of the home. Also, only certain condos qualify for FHA loans.
I highly suggest you talk to a local loan officer in your area to find out which loan may best suit your needs.
As others noted, that information is in the MLS, but not (as far as I'm aware) available elsewhere.
If you were living in the same area as the home you want to sell, I'd suggest driving around that community and nearby communities to see who the most active listing agents are. That's not an absolute guarantee that they're the most successful at actually pricing the homes to sell, but it's a real good start.
The individual agent is more important than the company he/she is affiliated with. Both are important but given a choice between a top listing agent with a smaller company and an average agent with the dominant company, I'd choose the top agent.
You say the folks who have contacted you have been in the "low ball, we will take it off your hands, sight unseen." Those aren't agents. Those are real estate investors. There's nothing wrong with what they do, and many owners are willing to sell for a lower price in order to sell quickly and without having to fix the place up. Other owners, however, want what you call "a fair price." And that's fine, too.
I am aware of a piece of property a little closer in, about 3/4 acre, with a 3/2 manufactured home on it that will be coming on the market within a week and could include partial owner financing. Let me know if you would like more information.
