I'm guessing that's Tigard High School, since that's the closest geographically. But zones seemed to have changed, so maybe it's Tualatin High. Also, there's a new high school being built at the intersection of Roy Rogers and Scholls Ferry. Won't open for at least another year, however.... more

School District 6 has Five Elementary schools. 3 in the Central Point (Mae Richardson Elementary, Central Point Elementary, and Jewitt Elementary), 1 in Gold Hill (Patrick Elementary), and 1 in Sams Valley (Sams Valley Elementary). There are many great schools in the Beaverton School District. Of course great parents and community make the difference for all the students,no matter what the economic make up of the community.
I have friends in education all across the Beaverton District, they tell me that Aloha High School is becoming the most innovative and progressive school in the beaverton Area, they are doing more for students that have less economic opportunity than the wealthy Schools in the district.
My daughter went to Liberty HS and Lenox Elementary. She was at the Top of her Class and had opportunity to shine. She would have been lost at a bigger High School and may have lost the opportunity to build her self worth.
We need to teach our children to do for themselves with what they have. As parents, we must model the value of education buy how we pursue it for ourselves. We set the example. That is our job.... more
25740 yamhill river rd. yes its in the flood plain, it dose sit a little higher than the neighbors which yard dose flood. foundation needs to be raised its one 1ft high, Roof is ceder shake in very poor condition, need to be replaced & the front & back deck are rotten needing replacement. very nice large living room hard wood floors.wood stove in home has been there for years, doesn't meet new requirement. its not a true 2 bed room. you have to go thru one of the rooms to get to the kitchen, kitchen is very small. wiring need to be check and possible redone by a licensed professional, home owner did wiring him self. other heat source is baseboard heaters that come on by them self's at times even with break box switch is shut off. bathroom is also the laundry room. house is settling kitchen floor is showing settlement. the place has 3 exit/entrance doors. very large windows only two windows are side up one in a very small bedroom and the 1/2 bedroom. septic tank unable to be located will need a profession to locate it. it will need to be pumped out. there has been multiple tenants in the residents, home owner hasnt had it pumped out nor could say where it is. old road/hwy ran thru property became part of property when state/county abandoned it., natural gas line runs underground thru property, project schedule for spring 2014 to replace natural gas line. property line to the south is unclear of corner stake markers. whole property is a triangle lot that is right next to hwy 18 sit below hwy. very noise place to live. front view is of hwy18 has billboards and at night its very well lighted up. the property is residential / commercial. as of 4-15-14 when i stopped by the property as a tenant/business renting it. good investment property if you could keep the current tenant in the place. seem when the office gal allowed me to see the place, tenant had boxs and was packing up to move. when asked by the tenant/business was moving office gal was unable to say why but they had to move by the 1st of may. tenant is paying 900.00 a month. the asking price is to high for what the property is worth, there is no equity in the property, the building is aging & need work. according to my research thru banking agency reports original bought by current owner for $46,000, and took out extra mortgage loans last reported bank note was owing $90,000,. my company buys and resale house and this property isnt worth it for us to invest in. to much needs to be done to it before its bought. most its worth is in current market is 60,000

I am not sure this property would have an Inspection rating..This property is managed by Grand Management and govt subsidized by Rural Development.. There have not been any pshycial inspections on this property in years, it is run down...HUD properties are completely different than Rural Development...HUD keeps up on their yearly inspections-Grand Management does not..In fact Grand Management does not even want to do repairs, they try to make the tenants pay for everything..Poorly trained Managers, their places are half empty..I would think twice before I rented in this place..... more
i was told an owner can not charge for painting carpet cleaning or just cleaning in general due to health laws they must do "all" of this before the next renter moves in. deposits can be used for any damage or the theft... more
