I am a new loan officer in the orange county area. What are the best ways to develop relationships with Realtors?
Attend Broker Preview meetings in your area. Different cities have them on different days of the week. Its a great way to interact with Realtors, escrow/title people, etc.

In a real estate transaction , is the bidet toilet seat considered as personal property?
Lol, Sam, did someone tried to remove all toilet seats from the sold property? I never had such, but they technically should not, unless they added this request into ''excluded'' items.
