Hi there, you know, I just bought an investment home in Ontario & I thought the same thing but with all the community coming over to see all the changes, it was nice.
Although it039;s kinda like San Diego where a street will be tree lined & then the next street will not be so good. Every area will have some areas that are better than others.
Hope this helps, I suggest that buyers always drive around during the day & at night too ;)

Do you have any family members that can help you out for a couple of weeks? If you can afford it, perhaps a low cost motel/hotel might be an option.
