So many factors effecting vacation homes. In a tight economy there are fewer buyers that can afford the luxury. OC is always going to be a popular destination at the right price.

There are some condos here that are listed as single family home-so you can not rely on the statistical data- it is far inflated and does not represent the lower value of the condo prop ... more

Yes i think so. I predict a 5% increase no matter the size of inventory.
