If I'm going to live in the area for three years, is it better to buy or rent a home in Oakwood/Beavercreek? Max monthly payments would be $1,300.
Both areas have a thriving housing market! Depending on your taste, your allotted rent may not get you far in either place. You can't go wrong buying a home in either area!

How can you have so few photos of your listings? Hurts your sales not enough to draw attention. ALL your listings show so LITTLE.
Some agents/sellers prefer to use only a few photos to bring people into the home.

Some add every single corner/nook of the home. Some agents use bad cameras.
