Jenny - there is no indication the seller will accept a land contract. It is probably priced a few thousand dollars high for the neighborhood and has only been on the market for 52 days. Not a long time considering the time of year and the bad weather we have experienced. However if you have a large downpayment (10% to 20%) it may be worth taking a closer look. Are you certain you will not qualify for a bank loan? I know several loan officers in the area and will be glad to share their contact info.
