Jo - the listing information on the property shows only 1 fireplace. One chimney is likely for the fireplace and the other for the furnace. Let me know if you need more information.

This House auctioned on May 4th but the bank bought it back.How do I find out how much the bank bought it for?

This home was on the market as a short sale at $560,000 and then the listing was cancelled. The public record currently shows no change in ownership.
