I'm guessing you bought the house. Call the listing agent and ask him or her to remove all but the listing photo which will stay. If that doesn't work call the manager of the listing office. In Ct, all the client - buyers or sellers actually "belong" to the company, that is who was named on the listing contracts. Usually this will do the trick. If the pix don't come off the feed in a reasonable amount of time, contact Trulia and ask your agent to contact the CMLS.

When the owners list their houses with agents they do not want to be contacted directly by the renters.
To help you with the process, this is what you need to do:
1. Find one agent who will show you all the properties you are interested in.
2. Fill out an application form that will ask you for the names of everyone who will reside in the home, references, salary, former landlords, pets, & your social security number so he/she can pull your credit report.
3. Based on this information the agent will search for an affordable home. Landlords will want 1 or even 2 months security deposit plus the first month's rent. For a rental that costs $1000 per month, that can be as much as $3,000 for the first payment. Also, there can be a "pet fee" to cover any damage.
The owner wants to see all of this info. beforehand in order to make a decision. Hope this helps......

Depends on your landllord - or future landlord. They
will usually mention up front if they will allow pets or not -
or in some cases may allow a pet even if at first they
had said no.
Why did you think that you could not rent a place with your cat?
Dear Pat -
This home for rent is not coming up on our multiple listing service - nor are there currently any summer rentals on Candlewood Lake. Have you checked the other surrounding towns on Candlewood - New Milford, Danbury, Brookfield and Sherman?

No. The home sold 12/19/08 for $417,500. Trulia is very difficult to enter sold data once they have uploaded the listing. If you would like the most current information on New Fairfield I suggest you sign up for listing book which hooks you into the multiple listing system directly.
Please let me know if you need any additional information.

Francesca - This home is in pre-foreclosure status, meaning the lender has only just begun the foreclosure process. This home is not currently listed for sale. Rather, it is listed on this site because of a company that tracks foreclosure filings. The $185,000 dollar value listed is probably the amount of the loan that is in foreclosure.... more
