Not a loaded question at all. A very good one to ask. I'm a real estate agent in Navarre and I watch the trends very closely. We have seen significant price drops over the last couple of years but I'm starting to see it stablize more. It's important to look at the home you are going to buy and have a good market comparison of the area to make sure you are getting the best deal out there. Another thing to consider is if you are going to finance your new home, the interest rates are still at an all time low. I closed one a few weeks ago and they were locked in at 4.2%.

This is definitly a late response. I am surprised no one has answered. Like all communities in this market condition we have a large inventory of rentals as well as homes for sale. An advantage that seems to come up is can we lease your home to buy.
