I'm sorry I don't understand the question. Are you loking for a house in San Antonio Tx or Nashville tn? Are you looking for section 8 housing? If you are most section 8 offices have a list of homes that accept and are looking for clients. I am not aware of a search in the mls that includes section 8 housing. Best of luck... more
I have a few questions for you to consider that may really help you make the decision as to whether or we are a better fit or not. Please don't misunderstand me, I would love to sell you a home here in Nashville but as a consultant I offer solutions that requires me to understand what you really need. First question- I noticed you want to be closer to your family up north. Where state does your family reside in? I thought you might have stated New Jersey. Is that correct? Secondly, you stated that you are trying to avoid harsh winters? Finally, you are looking to relocate after grad school, is that correct also.
First, if New Jersey is where your family resides Charlotte seems closer. Obviously, looking at a map our weather is very similar. The only difference that I have notice between the two cities are Charlotte seems to be a bit more humid because it's closer to the Atlantic. Also, Charlotte NC may be affected by Hurricanes more than Nashville. There are great churches in every city and I'm sure Charlotte has great churches also. You did mention that you would have to find employment and that is why I added a URL below that will allow you to compare the cities or better said apples to apples. I wish you the best in your future decision and hope that you come to the Music City that I really love.... more
I used a company called labor ready in 2013 and they were fantastic. I believe they sent me 2 guys for 2 hours and it was under $200. The best part is you're helping somebody that wants to work. Best wishes... more
