Each state has their own laws and requirement for disclosures. If you are not familiar with them you are venturing into a risky area. I suggest you have an expert in the state that you are selling the home assist you, Unless you are in a position to buy back the home in the event of a lawsuit?
You could be taken advantage of by a buyer just as easy and visa versa.
This site pulls listings off of the MLS. Unfortunately you cannot list on this site if you don't have access to the MLS. Realtors pay monthly for access plus they pay for every listing that goes on the MLS.
