I have not heard of any chinese drywall problems in this community, but the only way to know for sure would be to have it professionally tested. Many inspection companies look for signs of chinese drywall in their general inspection and if they see signs that indicate the presence, they will recommend to you that you have further verification.

Cypress Trace is in Cypress Woods Golf & Country Club. Cypress Trace has two small community pools in the neighborhood. The main pool is at the clubhouse. It is larger and there is also a lap pool. This is a bundled golf community.

there is a one time club fee of 2500.00 when you purchase and master of semi annual of $1477.00 along with the condo fee 941.00 a quarter. If you find fees to high there are other options in different communities.
