Dear Jean,

You will find two of the best schools districts in the greater West Palm Beach area to be located in Wellington and Jupiter. In Wellington you will get much more home for your money and in Jupiter you will get an amazing seaside location and a very high quality of life. So much truly depends on your particular needs.

The best site I can point you to is http://www.greatschools.org where there is a wealth of information available. If you want to further discuss your budget, what type of home your money will purchase and the particular schools associated with any developemnt please feel free to contact me at your convenience.

The very best of luck to you and I hope this information is helpful but if you need anything additional please do not hesitate to give me a call.

Providing an answer to your question may seem fairly easy and harmless on the surface. However, it would be very awkward for any real estate agent to answer that question directly due Fair Housing Laws. Simply providing an opinion on what schools are good and bad could be construed as steering. Same would definitely apply to a good family area. Please see the following article regarding one broker who was sued for providing such advice;

http://www.fairhousing.com/index.cfm?method=page.display&…

If you actually find a real estate agent willing to provide such advice, I would be very concerned that they are ignorant of fair housing laws and likely ignorant of other real matters as well. Hopefully you will steer clear of such agents!

If you would like to do your own research on schools for your family, I would suggest the following resource tools instead;

If I can offer any further assistance, please don't hesitate to ask!
