There is not an 'Indian' community per se in Wilmington. There are certain communities where people of Indian origin gravitate to depending on their financial ability ... some priced higher, some more affordable. These may have a higher density of Indian population. For the most part, however, most of our neighborhoods are multi-cultural. It is best, then, for you to view these properties and neighborhoods and judge for yourself their suitability for your purpose.
