If you're not familiar with the area, make time and visit--drive around neighborhoods more than once and at different times of day, look at everything that is of importance to you--as for safety--your best source of information is the local department, consider visiting, ask all your questions and hear all there is to hear firsthand--as for the schools--opinions are often subjective, and what's good for one is not necessarily the case for another--why not visit the district(s), ask for a tour of the facilities, speak to the principal, teachers, etc., then make your own determinattion--where will your comfort level best be reached.

You will be hard pressed to find an area that is not nice. As others said Morgan Hill is nice, although taxes are quite high. here is a blog and pics about Morgan Hill http://www.trulia.com/blog/dianne_hicks/2010/02/morgan_hill_…

I also love Temeku Hills here is a blog and pics about it and taxes are lower than Morgan hill

I also love Redhawk, they are older but very nice and have lower taxes.

I will tell you as a Mother, although it is a nice area I would not like Wolf creek as much. It has some really nice homes but you can get some that buy homes just to visit and gamble, you don't always know what you are getting in that regard. I know someone that moved from Temeku Hills to Wolf Creek and was not happy with her choice. That is of course my personal perspective.

Kindest Regards,

My Colleague Lori mentioned a great area on Temecula. Morgan Hill is very nice or Red Rock. My brother is a Realtor & Broker in the area if you would like to work with someone. Thanks

Hi there,
I just helped a young family find a fantastic home in the Morgan Hill area of Temecula. They are moving from Oceanside in order to have a larger, newer home near fantastic schools.
Morgan Hill and Wolf Creek are full of opportunities for home buyers, and they are new communities with fairly low HOA, near schools....mostly young families looking for the same thing you are.

Please let me know if I can help you in your search at all.

Hi,

There are many, many, many safe areas in Temecula. The very best thing to do is Google "crime statistics in Temecula, CA" and read the information you get. You can then locate the schools that fit the age of your children and put the two pieces of information together.

Know that Temecula is a highly competitive market, so best to get a local agent. If you want an agent referal, let us know and we will be glad to help.

Best to you,
