What is the easiest way to relocate?

Asked by Sarah Rodriguez, El Paso, TX Tue Mar 27, 2012

Help! We need assistance in locating a rental property in El Paso. We have searched through most of the apartments and we aren't having any luck. We have 2 dogs that will be coming with us, and we would like to find a place by July at the latest as we plan on attending UTEP in the Fall of this year. Any help would be much appreciated. Also we are also interested in homes in the El Paso area preferred on the West side of close to UTEP.

Many realtors will work with renters, They can set you up with a search from the MLS that can target any area you like. Your biggest problem is going to be your dogs, you might consider getting references for them from your vet. Many times it depends on the size & breed of pets. Be prepared to show proof of employment (pay stubs or letter from employer if a new job). If you have any credit issues be sure and write a letter of explanation to go with the application. You are starting your search a little early as usually 30 to 45 days before you need a place is optimum. Good luck.

Have a Real Estate agent help you find your wants and needs and have them find out showing instructions and get on it before it is gone.

Call me so we can get started on your search.
