Marion County, Yellville is the County Seat, has many features of all kinds for one that desires to live in the country. You have three major water ways through the County, with Crooked Creek going through Yellville. It also has Bull Shoals lake on the North and NE parts of the County, and the National Buffalo River Park & River going across the southern part of the County. The Buffalo River is an internationally know float and fishing stream and now has a good population of Elk that were transplated back into this nation river park a few years ago. Yellville has a lot of history and is still a small country town. Nearby Flippin, AR is the largest community, has a WalMart superstore, Orschlen Farm suppley, etc. and is home to world famous Ranger boats and an airport. Bull Shoals is another small town sitting on the west side of the Bull Shoals lake dam. THEN, it also has one of the most well know trount fisheries along its eastern border the White River running below the dam and a perfect haven for world class rainbow, cutthroat and German brown trout. There are many properties available in all sized in Marion County and around Yellville.
