It's a great place to drive your Ferrari and Harley for a 100 mile winding loop through the hill country (like Malibu and the 101 coast line in california.... almost)

There's more diverse entertainment within a 10 mile radius than any other city in the world.. ( i made that up, but it feels true)

It's a strong job market and it's the entreprenuerial capital of the world (because you know you're not going to fully retire anyway)

Heather, one area I would recommend for your clients is Georgetown, recently ranked the #1 Retirement City in the US (Forbes?). Of course, if you're only talking about Austin, google 'Austin Accolades" or something similar as there are way too many to type out. Also, the Texaplex video is a great summary of our area! Good luck...Viper Joe, Keller Williams
