What are monthly utility bills likely to be for a smallish two bed row home in the Clifton Heights area? Gas, electric, water, trash/recycling?
I've been lucky enough to live rent/bills free for the past couple of years. We're interested in buying a house in this area, but it's tough to plan out a budget if you have no idea what your bills will be like!

I would have to say your right. Planning to purchase a home and worrying about bills that you don't have now are a great concern. There are certain steps that can be taken, I can start by emailing homes that meet your needs and if you take a liking at a home we can then ask a seller what his or her bills are averaging on a monthly basis.
