is Waterford, Avalon Park and Lake Nona areas which are good choices also. These areas would mean
a shorter commute to the University and airport, but a slighter longer commute to the hotels and theme
parks. Just have to decide on what is the best compromise for your family. Hope this helps, and I wish you all the best.
am happy to answer your questions and thank him for his preference to send this email.
Orlando is a magical city whose parks and attractions have a core value for the development of this city. Education for young children and adults is very special in the city of Orlando, for the dedication and interest of local government is to maintain the quality of teaching permanently. The schools are mostly level III, and each area has its schools and public services in a very organized. Also, I suggest some places that are great for education and training of their children and also to live well with good quality of life. Creck Hunter, Windermere, Avalon Park on Alafaya, and in the city of Kissimmee is where schools can get inside the housing estates, and would recommend "Remignton golf community. If you are interested in knowing more details, you can go to http://williamsandoval.sitebuilder.point2.com page where my data will get happy and some rental properties, but I can help in getting a good location for you and your family.

I would like to thank everyone for their helpful advice and service offers. Please keep in mind our plan is to rent not buy for the first year or until we find a neighborhood to our satisfaction, whichever comes first. If you are a real estate agent we are looking to rent a 3-4 br, 2 bath single family home, apartment, or condo for a term of at least one year. Once again I would like to say thank you all for your assistance.
Let me know if I can be of any assistance.

First of ll were will be you and your husband going to work?
If distance is no problem, I will recommend you Wyndham Lakes Estates, great schools, next to pharmacy and supermarket, next to major roads.
I do have small kids, and they go to Wyndham Lakes Elem.

When you get here check out Harmony, which is just to the east of St. Cloud. It's a great place to raise a family.

We did the same ourselves, but from the UK to FL.
5+ years in Celebration, the community designed by Disney, awesome place to raise a family.
Now 6+ years in downtown Orlando, beautiful too.
So many great places to re-locate to down here, but hard to suggest not knowing your family requirements, i.e. kids ages, schools etc, work for you and your husband, life style requirements etc
If you wish, contact me directly to discuss at your convenience.
I'm primarily a buyers agent, lived & worked here for 11+ years (33 years in real estate total UK & US) and would be delighted to work with you both to find the right home in the right area/community for you and your family.
My husband and I relocated from the Northwest Chicago suburbs almost 10 years ago. We finally had enough of the cold winters and no sun for months on end. lol Anyway, we relocated to Winter Garden and love it. We also have siblings with families who had relocated before us that did their search on the different areas. They ended up choosing Dr Phillips & Windermere and are very happy living there as well . You might also want to check out the Lake Nona area in Southeast Orlando & Lake Mary which is north of Orlando.
Visit our website for information on the areas, different neighborhoods and much more. Plus, view homes for sale to give you an idea of the real estate market in each area. Give us a call if you have any questions.

Having been from Jacksonville to Key West and Naples to Pensacola and most points in between I know the state very well. There are some amazing places to call home but many differences in weather, lifestyle and landscape; stay below Vero Beach on the east coast and Sarasota on the west coast if you want the best winter weather. You might be set on Orlando which offers plenty for an inland location but you might also consider northern Palm Beach County as an option. The best place I can point you is a brief blog I did about the Jupiter area;
As a resident of Jupiter, I work throughout Palm Beach and Martin Counties, and a great place to start is by defining your goals and comparing the lifestyles and housing costs of areas that you are interested in. There are so many different options available to us that reside in the state and I have selected Jupiter because of the quality of life that we enjoy. From my viewpoint, there is no finer place to reside that the Jupiter area; from the best schools, to a fantastic economy fueled by many factors and of course the wonderful facilities of Max Planck and Scripps Institute, to incredible unspoiled beaches, unbelievable dining and shopping options, numerous boating and golf opportunities, uncrowded streets, low crime and just the overall kindness of our residents. Recently we were out with a client form New York who commented on just how nice everyone is; and why not as we are truly lucky to live in Paradise.
I work almost entirely as a buyers agent in Palm Beach and Martin Counties and certainly would be honored to be on the list of Realtors® you interview and happy to be of assistance in any way that I can. If you are in the area and would like a tour I would enjoy showing you why I am so fortunate to call Jupiter my hometown.
I hope this information is helpful but if you need anything additional please do not hesitate to give me a call.

choosing the neighborhood because there are many great
family friendly neighborhoods here that fit your specs.
Windermere, Winter Garden and Dr. Phillips have the best
combination of neighborhoods, schools and proximity to
the attractions. But in order to help you make the right choice, I would
also want to know such things as age range of children, commuting distance
if you work, and of course your price range, among others.
If you have any further question please don't hesitate to contact me.
