Moving to Tyler, TX

Kazukiyo Kumagai
Home Buyer

Dear Ms./Sir

Hello from Tokyo Japan. I am planning to move to Tyler to work for University of Texas and was thinking of buying a house around the University and close to any lake like Lake Vista Circle or Lake Forest Dr.
I would be glad if you could introduce me some houses and the procedure of buying a real estate in Tyler.

With best regards,
Kazz

Hi Kazz,
Good for you, your going to love Tyler! The streets you mention aren't really located on a lake. Lake Tyler is going to be the closest lake to UT. I'm assuming you mean the university as oppossed to the health center? There are many beautiful homes on the water and surrounding area. I would be happy to email you some of the listings in our area in advance so that you would have an idea as to what our area and market is like. I can also email you information as to the buying process here in our area. This will atleast give you a head start and maybe help you to feel more comfortable with our market, procedures and area in general. Feel free to email me at angela@angelakhill.com and I can forward anything you would like or call me at 903-714-4365. It would be an honor to show you our beautiful city!!

Hello Kaz!
Welcome to Tyler. UT Tyler is a great school, I received my BA in Marketing from UT Tyler. While Lake Forest and Lake Vista are close to the lake they are not what I deam true waterfront. This subdivision does have a lake but it does not allow for boating. There are several lakes in the area that are better for boating, fishing, etc and are within 20 minutes of the school. I would love to get the chance to talk to you about Tyler and the Lakes. Please contact me at myriahboles@aol.com. Look forward to hearing from you soon.
