I need to find a rental home that may turn in to a contract for purchase in Franklin Indiana that will allow me to keep my black lab. she is fixed and a good dog and gives my kids the comfort they need, she has never had a accident nor done any damage to our home , . I need a 2 plus bedroom we prefer to remain in the Webb school district but would be willing to relocate to a different school district in Franklin. I would need to know deposits and rental amounts and whether it is gas or electric. Thanks:)
