San Fran Cry…, Renter in San Diego, CA

I am interested in renting a house, townhome, or condo - no apartment complexes. What is a good website? Thank you!

Preferably in the North Coastal area or North Central Inland (Rancho Bernardo, Scripps Ranch).

You can also work directly with a REALTOR who can search the MLS for rental listings fitting your criteria. Houses in the areas you are desiring start at an average of $2500 per month and up. As you get closer to the coast the prices will increase.

The San Diego Union Tribune keeps their classified ads online at
Craigslist is popular, but beware that there have been reports of a lot of scammers on Craigslist these days. I've received calls from several people who have had bad experiences. One lady gave her deposit to someone and moved into the rental... then the REAL owners came home! So be careful.
You can also contact a San Diego real estate agent to send you the homes that are listed for rent on the San Diego MLS. Only a handful of the rental pool is listed on the MLS, but these homes tend to be in above-average condition.

I know of a 3 bedroom in Shadowridge. Feel free to give me a call. I would love to send you the link. I can also send you a list of properties that match your criteria. All of these response are very good ones. Good luck to you.

You could look in a number of places, Craig list, or you could email an agent like myself an we can set you up with an account that would automatically send you rentals in the area of your preference.

Hope this helps,
