Wanted to second the information you have been provided thus far, you should be ok and able to find a house to rent. The key is for you to be aware you might need to do a little more research and might be required a little more from the landlord. Be assertive and help your landlord understand your a great and responsible tenant. Good luck!!!

You should be fine, as long as you are not late on other bills, and your rental history is stellar.
Of course you have to pay a premium due to the fact that your credit is bad and the fact that you
have a bankruptcy on your record, it means the Landlord or Property Manager will ask for
more "security deposit" than usual.
With so many people losing their homes they are all competing for rentals. This means you will pay more in rent, but it also means you are in the same credit boat as most. What I'm trying to say is you'll be ok but you may need to shop for the right landlord.
If you have good rental history, be sure and get a letter from your landlord and provide that with any rental application.
The fact that you have a recent BK is actually not a deal killer.
